Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
FAWN HQ ("FAWN HQ", "we", "us") provides a service that turns your daily schedule into a
fun, spoken secret-agent briefing. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it,
and the choices you have. Questions? Email ejtraynor2001@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account info — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address,
and basic profile info.
- Google Calendar data (read-only, optional) — if you connect your calendar, we read
events (titles, times, and locations) from only the calendars you select, for the
current day, to generate your briefing.
- Google Tasks data (read-only, optional) — if you connect your account, we read your
incomplete tasks (you choose which to include: due today, overdue, upcoming, and/or undated)
to list as "objectives" in your briefing.
- Schedules you provide — text you type, or photos of a calendar you upload.
- Usage & account status — number of briefings generated, your plan, and email
preferences.
- Payments — handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
How we use your information
- To generate your spoken briefings.
- To send the emails you opt into (you can change or stop these anytime).
- To manage your account, free trial, and subscription.
Google user data — Limited Use. FAWN HQ's use and transfer of information
received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the
Google API Services
User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar and Google
Tasks data
only to provide the briefing feature you requested. We do not sell it, do not use
it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except where required for security or to
comply with the law.
How your data is processed and shared
We do not sell your personal information. To run the service, your schedule — including selected
calendar events and tasks — may be sent to trusted providers that process data on our behalf:
- Anthropic (Claude) — to write your briefing from your schedule.
- ElevenLabs / OpenAI — to turn the briefing into audio.
- Supabase — sign-in and account database.
- Stripe — subscription payments.
- Resend — sending emails you opt into.
- Render & Cloudflare — hosting and delivery.
Your calendar events and tasks are processed to create that day's briefing and are not stored by
us as a lasting copy of your calendar or task list.
How we protect your data (security)
We take the protection of your information — especially sensitive Google Calendar and Google Tasks
data — seriously, and apply the following safeguards:
- Encryption in transit. All traffic between you, FAWN HQ, and our service providers is
encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
- Encryption at rest. Account data is stored in a managed database (Supabase/PostgreSQL)
that encrypts data at rest.
- Data minimization. We request only read-only Google scopes, read only the day's
events and tasks needed for your briefing, and do not retain a lasting copy of your
calendar or task contents after the briefing is generated.
- Secure access tokens. Google access is authorized through Google OAuth; access tokens
are used only to fetch the data for your requested briefing and are not sold, shared, or
exposed to third parties beyond the processors listed above.
- Restricted access & least privilege. Access to systems and data is limited to the
application and authorized administrators; we do not permit human review of your calendar or
task content except where required for security or to comply with the law.
- Vetted subprocessors. The providers listed above process data on our behalf under their
own security and confidentiality commitments.
- Payment security. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card
details.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using
industry-standard measures. If you have a security concern, contact
ejtraynor2001@gmail.com.
Data retention & your choices
- You can disconnect FAWN HQ's Google Calendar and Tasks access anytime at
myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or in Settings.
- You can request access to, or deletion of, your account data by emailing
ejtraynor2001@gmail.com.
Children
FAWN HQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
