The service

FAWN HQ turns your daily schedule — typed, uploaded, or read from the Google Calendars and Google Tasks you choose to connect — into a fun, spoken secret-agent briefing. Briefings are for entertainment and convenience and may contain mistakes; don't rely on them as your only record of important events or tasks.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep your access secure.

Free trial & subscriptions

• New agents get a limited number of free briefings.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include a monthly briefing allowance.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no uploading content you don't have the right to use.

Your data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information, including Google Calendar data.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAWN HQ is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for missed events or decisions made based on a briefing.

Changes & termination

We may update the Service or these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
